On the 16th of June 2009 motivated by a desire for the artist, his work and his contacts correspondence was initiated with the 4 main dealers for Simon Starling. Asking for current information on a work from 2000 a week later Starling helped locate the original. Stolen and smuggled back to the UK it was immediately put to work, 2009.
